What is a Made to Order item?
At Elenur Signature, made-to-order items are handcrafted with the highest level of artistry and care. Each piece is created only after your order is placed, following the principles of slow fashion. We produce in limited quantities to reduce waste, ensure exclusivity, and deliver designs that are timeless and truly special.
We currently cater to sizes AU 6–16.
• Each piece is carefully handcrafted, often requiring hundreds of hours of detailed work.
• Standard production time is 2.5–3 weeks (not including shipping).
• During holiday or peak seasons, please allow up to 2 months for completion and delivery.
• We recommend placing your order well in advance for special occasions, as production cannot be rushed.
Made-to-order means items are not kept in stock. In rare cases, select sizes may be available due to restocks or returns of best-selling designs. If you are working with a strict timeframe, please contact us to confirm availability before placing your order.
At this stage, we are unable to offer custom alterations. Please refer to our Sizing Guide or reach out to our team for assistance with measurements before placing your order.
• Once production has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.
• As each piece is made especially for you, returns and refunds are not available.
• By placing a made-to-order purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
