At Elenur Signature, every creation is handcrafted with care and intention, and we want you to feel truly beautiful and confident in your piece. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please read our policy below before making a purchase.

 

Australia – Return / Exchange / Credit

Timeframe

Our policy lasts 2 days from the day you receive your order. Requests made outside of this period will not be accepted.

Return

  • To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached, and returned in its original packaging.
  • Refunds will only be issued for valid reasons (e.g., manufacturing fault) and are subject to review.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • To begin your return, please email our team at info@elenursignature.com with your order number and reason for return.

Exchange

  • At this stage, Elenur Signature does not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you wish to change your item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order once approved.

Credit

  • Store credit may be offered in place of a refund where appropriate.
  • Credit is valid for 2 years from the date of issue.
  • Please note: we do not offer returns, refunds, or credits on discounted, sale, or custom made-to-order items.

Colour Disclaimer

At Elenur Signature, we do our best to display colours as true to life as possible. However, please note that variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and the nature of fabrics. Delicate materials like silk and satin can appear slightly different depending on the environment and light.

Because of this, returns or refunds cannot be accepted for colour differences alone. If you are unsure about a shade, we encourage you to reach out to us at info@elenursignature.com before placing your order — we are always here to guide you.

Sale Items

All sale items are final. No returns, exchanges, or credits will be provided unless the item is deemed faulty.

 

International Orders

At this stage, Elenur Signature does not accept returns, exchanges, or credits on international orders.

 

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at info@elenursignature.com within 2 days of receiving your order. We will review your claim and arrange a replacement, or refund if applicable.
